Terms of Ultimate Appliance Parts LLC
When: You have up to 30 days from the day you received it.
What can I return: You can return any item purchased at Ultimate Appliance Parts LLC.
How: You must meet the following conditions
1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the same packaging, including all protections and wraps. Please, take into account that the item can get damaged if it is shipped without the proper packing. If that happens, we cannot be responsible for damages.
3. You must provide the order number, a receipt, or any proof of purchase.
4. If the item is a new part, you must return it in the original packaging, without opening it. If the returned item has been installed, used, tried, or is missing the original packaging it will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. If the item is used, you must return it in the same packaging you received it, including all manuals, parts, seals, or bags.
If the item is damaged: if the item arrived damaged or broken you must notify us within 10 days after you received it in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund.
Then what: You can get a refund or a replacement of the item purchased.
Refunds: Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund according to your original method of payment.
Replacements: Once we receive your item, inspect it and notify you of the status of the requirement, we will start the process for a replacement if the item is available in stock. Conditions and restrictions may apply.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item for any reason unless you received a damaged or defective part.
Restocking fee: There is a 5% fee on the value of the purchase unless the part is damaged or defective.
